To be sure our emails always make it to your Inbox, please add us to your email whitelist. To prevent our emails from going to the Spam Folder, here are simple steps: How to whitelist our Email Address!

This is a one-time step that takes few minutes and you can read our mails and newsletters regularly. Here are the steps:

How to Whitelist on Gmail Tabs?

1. Open the Promotions tab in Gmail.
2. If you see an email from [email protected] & [email protected] & [email protected] , grab it and drag it to the Primary Inbox tab.
3. After dragging it to the Primary Inbox Tab, a black alert box will appear on your screen.
4. Click on Yes in the Gmail alert box.
5. Now you will see our emails from Healing Harmony in your Primary Inbox tab.

Whitelisting in Gmail Mobile app

1. On the Gmail Mobile App on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to Spam or Junk Folder.
3. Click on the email sent by [email protected] and tap the three dots at the top right corner.
4. Then, select the option Not spam.
5. After it, you will start receiving messages from Healing harmony in your Primary Inbox tab.

 Steps for Whitelisting on Gmail:

1. Click on the drop-down menu (More) on the left side of your screen, just below the list of folders, Inbox, Starred, etc.

2. From the drop-down Menu, choose the Manage labels from the Categories option.

3. Navigate to the tab Filters and Blocked Addresses in the top menu.

4. Now, you must click Create a New Filter to create a filter for Healing Harmony Email.

5. Type our email ID [email protected] & [email protected] & [email protected]  in the from field. This will tell Gmail to approve each message from Healing harmony Clinic senders.

6. No need to put in any other extra information. Just click on Create filter, next to the Search button.

7. You will be directed to a checklist. Check on the Never send it to Spam box and create filter.

How to whitelist an email in Yahoo

1. If you do not see an email from Healing Harmony in your inbox, check your Spam Folder from the left drop-down menu (by clicking on the more button).
2. Once you find the email there, open it and mark it as Not Spam from the top toolbar.
3. To make sure you receive all the important messages from Healing Harmony, create a filter on Yahoo. First, select the Gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then click on More Settings.
4. Click on Filters from the left menu and select Add new filters.
5. A form of adding new filter will appear on your screen immediately. First, type the filter name (Healing Harmony). Then, from the Set rules section select the option contains and add our email address:  Lastly, click on the button Save to activate the filter.
6. Your new filter is now in the list of filters in the Filters window. It will move all the incoming email messages from Healing Harmony directly to your Inbox by default.

Whitelisting in Yahoo Mobile App

1. Open Yahoo Mail Mobile App.
2. Click on the sidebar.
3. Select the Spam folder from the sidebar.
4. Find the email sent by Healing Harmony.
5. Click on Move and then select Inbox. 
6. After performing these actions, you will start receiving messages from Healing Harmony in your Inbox tab.

How to whitelist an email in Outlook.com

1. First, select the Gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then click on View all Outlook settings.
2. Once you have the Settings section expanded, click on the Menu on the right side of the page.
3. Now you have access to an expanded submenu, from which you should select the option Junk email.
4. Click on Add under the Safe senders and domains.
5. Enter [email protected] & [email protected] & [email protected]  to the list and click on the Save button. This will ensure that the emails sent by Healing Harmony don’t make it to your junk folder in Outlook.

Whitelisting in Outlook mobile app

1. Open Outlook Mobile App.
2. Click on the message sent by Healing Harmony.
3. Tap on the three dots in the top right corner.
4. Click on Move to focused inbox.
5. A pop-up screen will come up. Click on Move this and all future messages. Now all future messages from Healing Harmony will appear in your Focused Inbox.

Other email clients 

Whitelisting in Comcast

1. Log in to your Xfinity account and choose your Comcast webmail.
2. Next, find the email from Healing Harmony in your spam folder.
3. After opening the email, click on the Not spam icon on the top toolbar.
4. To ensure you receive our messages add Healing Harmony to your address book.
5. Open the email sent by Healing Harmony and click on the top left button Add to Address Book.
6. Your Edit contact page will appear on the screen. Click on the Save button, and Healing Harmony will be added to the list of whitelisted contacts.

Whitelisting in AOL Web Mail

1. Log in to your AOL account.
2. Open Contacts from the left navigation.
3. Click on the New Contact icon to add the contact to the menu.
4. Add Healing Harmony to the name fields and click on Add contact.
5. As AOL blocks all the images by default, open the email from Healing Harmony and click on Don’t block this sender. You will see the complete emails sent by Healing Harmony without making much effort.

Whitelisting in EarthLink

1. If you don’t see Healing Harmony email, check the Suspect Email folder.
2. Now add Healing Harmony to your address book.
3. You can also move the email to Inbox by selecting Move to Inbox and Add Contact option from the drop down menu.

Whitelisting in AT&T Webmail

1. Choose Options > Filters > Add Filter. 
2. From the drop down menu, select Contains option and enter the email address “[email protected]”.
3. At the bottom of the screen, click on Move the message to and select inbox from the dropdown menu. Then choose the Add Filter button again to have Healing Harmony in the list of trusted email addresses.

Whitelisting in Thunderbird

1. Find the email sent by Healing Harmony. 
2. If it’s in the Junk folder, click on the email and select Mark as not junk option. 
3. Open your address book and select Personal Address Book. 
4. Click on the New Contact button.
5. Under the Contact tab, copy and paste the From address, “[email protected]” into the email text box.
6. Click Ok to whitelist the email address.
