Do you remember playing statue as a child? No matter what you are doing, if a friend says statue…you abide. And all world comes to a stand still. The itch can wait, bladder can wait, play can wait, home work can wait, even blinking of eyes had to wait. And it was so much fun!

Well, meditation is no different. We want to bring all our energies to this moment, to the NOW. And let go of all the world. Just you, your breath and your truth in this precise moment.

Try this fun technique. You can begin practicing meditation anywhere — even at your desk with your eyes open or while brushing your teeth.

STATUE  is very simple to practice in just one minute any time during your day to relieve stress and enhance your focus. STOP what you’re doing and FREEZE

  • WATCH the sensations of your breathing, on your body. This helps you reconnect with the present moment.
  • OBSERVE what is going on in your mind-emotions, thoughts.
  • PROCEED with your day with this new sense of mindful awareness
