Ingredients
Sorghum millet flour ( Jowar )
Veggies of own choice.
Olive oil 1-2 tsp
Chilly flakes
Mix herb seasoning
Tomatoes
Spring onion / Onion.
Base of pizza
Make thin flat bread of Jowar and half cook it and roast it on pan.
Home made Pizza Sauce :
Boil 3 tomatoes and make puree of it and keep it aside.
Put 1/2 tsp of olive oil and saute spring onion in it for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomato puree , chilly flakes and mix herb seasoning to it. Add salt as per taste.
Grease the tray with little olive oil and place Pizza base on it.
Apply sauce and add veggies of your choice.
Add salt and seasoning as per taste and bake it in oven for 10-12 minutes on 160c.
It can also be made on pan if oven is not available.
