Insects

About Course

Insects comprises roughly 1 million different species, over three-quarters of the total animal world. It is thus surprising that except a handful remedies like Apis Mellifica and Cantharis we hardly know and seldom use the other insect remedies. Found in the hottest or wettest habitats on earth, these fully armoured creatures come equipped with tools — an assortment of saws and scissors, hammers and hooks, wings or limbs. As the great naturalist, Maurice Maeterlinck, puts it: “Something in the insect seems to be alien to the habits, morals and psychology of this world, as if it had come from some other planet, more monstrous, more energetic, more insensate, more atrocious, more infernal than our own.”

E.g. Butterfly, Cockroaches, Ants, Caterpillars, Mosquitos etc.
