1. BOOKING YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT:

a. Book your appointment few days before you are exhausting your medicines.
b. Follow-ups are scheduled in every 3-4 weeks. This will ofcourse vary from patient to patient.
c. With the Resident Doctor – All regular/Acute follow-ups
d. With the Senior Consultant- Alternate/Third Follow-up

Do bear in mind that as the doctor’s slot is booked only for you, we do not encourage last minute cancellation/rescheduling. Please respect the doctor’s time and be on time for your appointment. In case you have any issue with the appointment, kindly notify the admin desk at least one day prior to your scheduled appointment. At this stage we can reschedule your appointment, however priority will be given to waiting list patients.

2. CONTACTING RESIDENT DOCTORS:
a) Your first point of contact for any health related queries will always be the Resident Doctor.
b) In case you have any doubts on how to take your medicines or have any acute symptoms or are not feeling well, please call your resident doctor, preferably during the clinic’s working hours.
c) In case the resident doctor is not reachable/unavailable for a call at the moment, we would suggest you to drop in a message on the respective doctor’s whatsapp regarding your concern.
d) Alternately, if you are in need of immediate addressal, you could also contact the clinic reception on 8433581011 or 7304041836
e) Patients are always are our priority. However, please understand that our doctors may be busy in other patient’s scheduled appointments/new cases etc. during the time of your call. Allow the Resident Doctor 3 hours of time to get back to you. Kindly be patient and do not panic in such situations.
f) If you are unwell and need urgent support during Sundays or holidays etc., take the SOS medicines you are provided. If you don’t feel better soon or in case of emergency please contact your nearest physician/hospital.

3. COURIERS :
a) Clinic provides all our national/international patients the convenience of shipping the medicines via courier.
b) Charges are to be paid before the dispatch of medicines. Medicines will not be dispatched until reception receives your courier charges. This avoids accumulation of balance and unnecessary hassle for our admin team and yourself. We sincerely request your co-operation.
c) Kindly note that courier charges are not included in treatment plan or consultation charges.

4. CREDIT POLICY:
a) The clinic strictly follows a NO CREDIT POLICY.
b) The next follow up appointment / medication delivery will not be done if any outstanding dues are reflected against your name.

5. REFUND POLICY:
a) If the appointment is cancelled with minimum 1 working day prior notice, and another appointment is not re-scheduled, than 50% of the consultation fees will be refunded.
b) In case of cancellation without 1 working day prior notice, the fee will not be refunded.
c) Once the consultation fees that are paid and for payments made for treatment plans (long term economical plans) clinic follows NO REFUND POLICY.

6. TREATMENT PLAN:
a) Holistic healing therapies often require longer treatments and follow-ups. To benefit our patients/clients, clinic provides economic plans (Ask details at reception or with the consultant) Since these are highly discounted rates, FULL PAYMENT needs to be made at the time of booking the package.
b) NO PART PAYMENTS/REFUNDS are allowed.
c) Treatment plans cannot be transferred to another person or other services.
d) Treatment Plan is Valid for X-X Duration from date of booking only, if you miss medicines or sessions in between, the plan cannot be extended.
e) Kindly note that courier charges are not included in treatment plan and you will need to pay for the same on actuals.
