Our Payment Policy:
For initial Homeopathy Consultation: Full payment needs to be made on the day of appointment
For Diet, Meditation Therapies, Yoga, counselling etc.: Appointment will be confirmed only on receipt of advance payment.
Online/telephonic consultations will be done only upon receipt of full payment in advance.
Health products and medicines will be couriered only upon receipt of full payment in advance.
Holistic healing therapies often require longer treatment and follow-ups. To benefit our patients/clients, clinic provides economic Plans-Ask details at reception or with the consultant.
Our Credit Policy:
The clinic follows a NO CREDIT POLICY. The next follow up appointment / medication delivery will not be done if any outstanding dues are reflected against your name.
Our Cancellation Policy:
In case you need to cancel your appointment, please give the Clinic at least 1 working day notice regarding your cancellation. At this stage you can reschedule your appointment, however priority will be given to waiting list patients.
Our Refund Policy:
If the appointment is cancelled with 1 working day prior notice, and another appointment is not re-scheduled, then 50% of the case consultation fees will be refunded.
In case of cancellation without 1 working day prior notice, the fee will not be refunded.
For packages (discounted long term Rx) clinic follows NO REFUND POLICY
