If the appointment is cancelled with 1 working day prior notice, and another appointment is not re-scheduled, than 50% of the consultation fees will be refunded. In case of cancellation without 1 working day prior notice, the fee will not be refunded. Once the consultation fees that are paid and for payments made for treatment plans (long term economical plans) clinic follows NO REFUND POLICY.
In case you need to cancel your appointment, please give the Clinic at least 1 working day notice regarding your cancellation. At this stage you can reschedule your appointment, however priority will be given to waiting list patients.
