However, for international clients, especially with chronic complaints, we recommend you book a one year treatment plan. This ensures compliance of follow-ups and is also economical for the client.

REMEDIES:

We can give you the names of the remedies which you can purchase locally. However, we highly recommend that you take the Remedy Kit which we provide from the clinic. Since, the kit includes several remedies that you may need at different times. Depending on the changing states, acute conditions, case evolution. If needed, we can also arrange to courier the medicines to you.

Remedies Kit: 100 USD (lasts for 1 year) – to be paid before the remedies are dispatched  

Exclusions:

• Charge for courier/mailing of remedies is not included in the fee. This will be borne by the client on actuals. Clinic admin will provide you an approximate cost for these before sending the mail/courier.

How to Book an appointment? 

Step 1: Submit your details in the form to book an appointment or request a free guidance call. You can also reach us via phone, message, or email using the contact information below.

Step 2:  Based on available slots, the clinic will schedule your first consultation with a skilled resident doctor from Dr. Preety and Dr. Prajakta’s team—online or in person (if you’re in India). This will be followed by a detailed session with either or both doctors, or in some cases, your case may be handled directly by them.

Step 3: To confirm your appointment, please make the payment—bookings are only confirmed once payment is received. As slots are reserved specifically for you, we discourage last-minute cancellations or rescheduling. If needed, inform the admin at least two days in advance; we’ll do our best to reschedule, though priority goes to those on the waiting list. No refunds are issued for last-minute cancellations.
